"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Is silent treatment all the same?

Getting the silent treatment is never a good thing. We know that. But do girls only do this when they're mad or they're not interested? We talk about sh*t tests and the many forms they come in, would a girl dare silent treatment a guy they might be interested in for a short period of time to see what the guy does?

I ask because this past week, a HB8 who has shown obvious interest mentioned us hanging out this coming weekend. We agreed, and that's where the interaction ended. In the few days since then, HB8 has gone completely silent. She's an outgoing person, but when I've run into her, she won't even say hi. I texted her an inside joke a couple of days ago, also nothing. However, she did favorite a tweet I posted and thought it was hilarious. Ok then.

I've faced the silent treatment from girls who weren't interested before. It's irritating, but it happens. Some girls do this if there's another guy in the picture, but I know for a fact that isn't the case this time. But to my point, a girl expressing such high interest and then immediately shutting it down? Odd. Any merit to it being a sort of sh*t test?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Do you believe a girl interested in you would risk to piss you off or losing your attention by such stupid behaviour?

Do you believe a girl that respects you would do any thing like that to you?

I agree with you on that. I brought it up because a co-worker of mine mentioned the possibility of it and I wanted to voice the question to the forum. He does fairly well with girls, so it could have some merit, though not likely.

Sounds to me like Hb8 has no interest.

She wouldn't give the silent treatment to Channing Tatum or Idris Elba or Stephen Curry. An interested woman would do everything she can to not lose you or piss you off. Women know mind games and head games will send a red pill man running for the hills to the next woman, also she'll likely get blocked. Women don't like being blocked and ignored by the top 10% of guys.

Face it, if she's ignoring you, she's adoring another guy.

Case closed.

Case reopened! Only kidding, wanted to say that once.

The silent treatment phase ran its course, which lasted for three days. The past two days, she's been flirting and showing the IOI's I had previously seen, as if the early part of the week never happened. I've made tentative plans with others due to those silent three days, so she can come to me if she wants to do something.

Why are you entertaining her silly mind games? Drop her completely.

Aka her plans she made with her other plate fell through now she is looking for attention again.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

shes playing games. keep in mind: a girl who likes you wont play games. she'll probably test you or what not, but she wont play games. a girl whos genuinely interested wouldnt take the risk of losing you just to play some silly games. a girl who honestly likes you wont confuse you. simple math, man.

shes just coming back to you for some attention, thats it. and if you think she really still likes you, go ahead and escalate on her, and see how far you can go.
