"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Ok, I talked this girl on friday at school, and asked if she wanted to go out saturday night, she said yes and gave me her number. Well I called last night twice no one picked up (so much for being free), so I was just like "screw it". Well I'm at work today and she is with a friend and says hi to me and smiles, and I just say hey back. Pretty damn big coincedence that she was at Circuit City I think. Well how long should I wait to call her agian?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Call her as soon as possible saying her that you want to see her. If she doesn´t answer leave a message on the phone saying her that you want to see her.

I was thinking maybe waiting a few days to call her, like tues or wensday and asking her out for friday. Plus there is always a chance I'll see her in school again, which would be a lot better than the phone.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

You wanted to see her on Saturday and it didn´t happen. Then you saw her today and didn´t talk to her. Time is against you here and chances are she will start thinking of you as an excuser.

Call her as soon as possible and try to arrange something. And don´t make the mistake of limiting your offer to Friday. If you can manage it try to see her immediately, you don´t have to ask her out, seeing her for something else like shopping or hanging around at your or her place is enough. If not possible try to find any other day both of you will have time.

Good luck. ;)

I'm guessing this must be a joke !

Dear god man , dont call the h0 at all for at least a couple days and when you do dont leave a message, then call a few days later ,leave a msg , if no answer , she's not interested ....

dont call the h0 at all for at least a couple days = excuser

and when you do dont leave a message = excuser

she's not interested ....in excusers.

Dude, stop yourself as soon as possible from the limiting beliefs you live with.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You think too much and you have fear of getting rejected.

Skip the part with calling her on the phone. Turn off your computer right now and make you on your way to visit her.

Only in case she will not open the door you can call her saying you are in front of her door.

Im serious here, I don´t want to see you posting anything more here but the report how it was going.

NOW GO.

I don't usually set up first dates on a thurs/fri/sat nights due to a) not seing desperate b) I usually have other commitments c) I want to keep first dates 'light' and short, ie coffee shop, walk around.

Just wait a couple of days and call her to set up a short date on a week day. If she flakes or does not answer the phone, forget about her and find another chick.

Ok, well I saw her today as I was leaving biology class. I jokingly asked her what happened Saturday and she said she had her phone set to just voice mail and only got around to checking it this mourning. I talked about seeing her at circuit city for a minute than asked what she was doing later today. Turns out she has class tonight (I already knew this so it wasn't an excuse) I laughed and said "thats sucks, I'll talk to ya later then" and left. I'm planning on asking her wensday if she wants to go bowling or something for friday. She was really shy and kinda nervous around me, but she smiled a lot so maybe thats good.

i smell bs. no girl in her right mind would ever part with her cell phone...

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I too smell bs. She knew what was planned and simply flaked and didn't say anything about it until you asked her.

Today went good, exactly as planned. I met up with her after she got out of her bio class and we went to the library where she had to make some sort of graph in excel. I helped her out, and cracked jokes the whole time. Asked her out for friday. I was like "are you up for some bowling?" she said "(laugh) I suck at bowling", me: (laugh) "ok we can suck together". I'm picking her up this friday.

lol, and you guys wanted me to give up

In due time my friend, due time.:D

I'm not saying things will go no where, but keep in mind how much effort you put into chasing her, and if she "reciprocates" you have no worries.

Fvck! As I was walking to psyc class (i was kinda late), I see her and her friend. I'm about to say whats up, but she says

"Hey, I'm not going to be able to go out tonight. I'm going camping with my friend"

I just laugh

Her: yeah sorry

Me: thats cool, maybe another time

her: yeah sure

me: cya

I'm going to ask her out one more time, and if she flakes again, I'm done with her.

I was thinking about going bowling by myself to check out the field. Or would it be too weird to see a guy bowling alone.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
