Since I'm a bit autistic man, I have to learn things by my environment.
One thing I've learned from watching a relationship continue and one break up, from the man's different behavior in response to what their woman told them.

Assuming that in both cases, the woman has emotionally distanced herself and is focusing on another man, or just any other situations you could think of.

In this case, the woman does a test:
She starts texting her current man how much she loves him, how she misses him, and sends him love songs.
Or she'll do the opposite:
"I'm tired of this life. It would be better to be single for me.. just let me know!!"
"Do you realize it's our fifth anniversary, and you haven't done anything about it?"

How the first man responded:
Detached, focusing on his life, but getting a little pissed off at her, getting angry, even being a little playful, pissing her off even more, telling her she's being super over the top these days.
She got an emotional burst.

How the second man responded:
Writing to her I love you too, and that he misses her, and sending her love songs too.
While in the second messages, he might apologize for being late, or for forgetting.

Now, what's the woman doing?
She's thinking in her mind, "I like this other man, so now I want to see what happens if I text my current BF this. If he texts me back that he loves me, then I must be his only girlfriend, so I settled for an idiot who's not wanted by anyone else. But if he doesn't text me back, does that mean he has someone else, or that I'm not desirable to him?"

That said... guess which of the two relationships continued...
In any case... I don't know if this is a normal type of woman, in the sense that all women will do this, and behave this way...
What I mean is that women think that way by default.

Anyway, I would have acted like this:
Of course I miss you too, and I would have shared the song with her.
As for the second one, however, I would have told her that what she said was truly insulting to the relationship, and therefore there would be no more opportunities for this kind of thing in the future. In a calm way.
If she had done it again, I would have left.

Unfortunately, I can't "play" with women in the sense that I don't accept the challenge. It simply turns me off! I do hate drama when it comes to destabilize things we have plans for or discussed boundaries before.

Instead, they want a man to "stand up to them", to "show them he's still the man".
But it just doesn't make sense.

I choose not to play and walk away when they say their bull****.

TLDR

But to answer your question
Is refusing to play the game a strength or a weakness?

Its a weakness if you use it as an excuse of why you are not getting p00zy at all.
