Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I don't really like to use the term "alpha" neither. I think the only place this term applies to is social settings. A woman will be attracted to a man who is the center of attention in a social setting. When she's alone with him, there is no social setting to define him as the alpha male. If he's putting in effort to display alpha traits when they're alone, then he's just being an a55hole.

I'm much more fond of the idea of men having "masculine" traits. Confidence, decision making, leadership, strength, loving women; These are all masculine traits and are very attractive to women. The best relationship is going to happen when masculinity is countered with femininity and vice versa.

When you have a GF, you cannot show her a lack of love and expect her to stick around. You need to show her love, but in a masculine way. Instead of constantly saying "I love you and will never let you go" like a little bytch, you put your arms around her and squeeze her with your manly muscles. She will feel loved, safe, and secure. Deep down, women know they are weak creatures and feeling protected by their man is something they need.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Alphabeta.

Women want both in relationships. What they say they want typically is all the hallmarks of a beta. What they actually want is typically most of the hallmarks of an alpha.

News flash: You are both, no matter how much your goal is to rid yourself entirely of "beta" characteristics, because you are human.

Be confident. Be yourself. Do what works for you. Like everything else in life, there is a balance. Harmony. Alpha comes first. That's your mentality. Your lifestyle. Beta comes second. Use it sparingly to enhance your overall attractiveness when the situation dictates in a meaningful relationship. As noted, they want both. They just want alpha qualities significanlty more.
