Not only that, but not masturbating (I'm assuming no ejaculation). Increases Testosterone levels. Which is very good if you are trying to get in shape.
The more Testosterone you have in your system, the easier it is to lose fat and to gain muscle when you hit the weights. (as well, testoterone is a hormone that makes you more agressive and sexual. < Because its the Male sex hormone!) It really helps in other ways. Like mental clarity.
When you get up in the morning and you feel well rested and ready to start the day. Think about what that feels like for you. Feel how sharp your mind is.
Now think about those days where you stay up late, and you wake up very late or early or you're sick. Your mind feels dull and "fuzzy".
That's what I mean by mental clarity. Testosterone helps with that.
