I want to make my own bootcamps but I want to know if this is a skill that can be learned? If so let me know also it would be good to get in contact with some dudes and ladies thats good at this stuff already that live in the Notre dame indiana/South Bend area good lookin out

Yes, it is a skill that can be learned. Like with anything else it takes a lot of practice. The bootcamp is a good way of getting started and help build up your confidence. It's kinda hard to complete it though..you really have to be willing to move out of your comfort-zone and be prepared to take some hits. But in the end you'll come out stronger!

Read the bible, and don't listen to what women say or post. They are clueless as to what attracts them. They think they know, but they don't. Listen to the guys advice. It's been field tested :)

thanks guy i think i really will start my own bootcamp and have it in phases like in the army
