Is It Possible To Lose My Belly???

I used to work out but i stopped for a long time, because of my work and because of some problems with an ex girl friend that got me in a state of depression from which i recovered slowly. i payed less attention to my body, eventually i started to work more, smoke a lot. sleep less, eat less and less times a day and without quality (lots of colas, sodas, and fast food). Now i wanna compensate for my lost time, i'm 25 and i have a problem, because of stopping going to the gym for a long time and due to my defficient diet i started to gain a beer belly ( which is strange cause i don't drink beer or alcoohol), i wan't to get rid of it, i'm not fat, i'm ok for my height, but i have my problem is that it looks like my stomach is dilated or something, it stands out and that's not the only problem, the other one is that it makes me having difficult breathing. Is it possible to get in shape again? I really need to.

No you can't get in shape again.. You're doomed! Just go sit on the couch like you've been doing.... :)

Unfortunarely you can't spot reduce fat (short of liposuction).
If you're just looking to lose a little body fat and not "cut" or what not then may I suggest this for now.

You haven't been working out for awhile and jumping back into it full steam just isn't going to happen, I assume. So get back into it slowly.

Take 2 things you usually eat during the day and replace it with something better for you.

Example: If you drink a 6 pack of Coke a day, replace that with a 6 pack of bottled water. If you eat fast food twice a day, replace that with a home cooked meal twice a day.

Try this for a month and see how it works. I'd almost bet you'll lose some fat.
