“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is it possible to increase strength, mass and endurance at the same time?

Usually 1 or 2 of these things will take a back seat when you focus on just a few aspect

I want to be able to max out and fly through USMC OCS' physical part as well as have more stamina in boxing

However I also want to get bigger

how do people in sports like boxing go up in weight class? They gain mass while training for endurance

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

You can and you can't. Good news is, with weight training you gain some endurance and lots of strength anyways. With endurance training you gain some strength and lots of endurance. It's not all separated.

Doing anything will benefit. I say work on endurance first, then you work on strength. You can't work your muscles hard enough to grow if you can't finish your workout.

Add endurance training to your routine, and eat more to compensate for the lost calories.

It is possible to an extent, however its rare to see someone become Advanced/Elite at all three.

Eventually you have to pick a direction.

My squat suffered when I was doing lots and lots of cardio, I tapered back on cardio and my strength exploded.

Speaking from experience, you can't make substantial stamina gains without sacrificing a lot of strength/muscle. Pick one or the other. If you're just trying to survive, I'd take stamina over strength, so long as you've got enough strength to pull your bodyweight around.

Fair enough. I was just wondering how heavyweight boxers did it.

I mean, they have stamina AND strength, as well as size
