Is it okay to take more creatine?

Hello,

I was just wondering if it's okay to maybe take twice the amount at one time than what the bottle says of creatine than usual? It's jsut that creatine is suppose to help you get more energy and strength but I sometimes I just don't feel like I have enough energy and I thought maybe it would be opkay to take more. Is it okay to take more if you drink more water? Well, I hope to hear from you all. LATEZ :D

If you are lacking energy and strength, you should look elsewhere in your lifestyle. Lack of creatine is not the problem, it is only a supplement. First try getting more sleep and drinking tons of water, eat more often and whatnot.

I take 5 grams on off-workout days and 10 grams on workout days. Your body can't absorb much more than that. Dont waste yer money.

yea, you wont be getting better results. Many people follow the, if 1 is good 7 is better philosophy, well, with lots of supplements that can kill you (hm...) but you're lucky because Creatine wont hurt you, but instead it just wont have any extra effect. I think anything over 5 and you're wasting your money, but if the other guy recommends 10 and you'll work out enough to use it all, go for it, it wont hurt
