"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

is it normal for a small number of women to find you really attractive but

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

only as much as action films are attractive to certain people over others.

either know your audience and target them or broaden your appeal.

I don't think it's normal for a small number of women to find you really attractive and most women to find you not attractive at all. Normally to be very attractive to some women, you would be at least somewhat attractive to most women.

I saw some weird sh1t this weekend that blows normal ideas out the water.

Ugly fat gingers hooking up with 10's. Overly pathetic AFC's scoring stunners. Jealous loser boyfriends hanging onto beauties. Gross ugly slob looking homeless looking mofo's up on a 3 sexy set as if they was snoop D.O. double jizzle. Off the hizzle. It's messed up.

ANYTHING GOES!

I would say YES to the OP. Even celebs and really hot guys have limited "market penetration." Even Mic Jagger sang he "can't get no satisfaction."

No man is desired by all women. The hotter/more famous/richer you are, the greater your market share will be. But it will never come close to being 100%. Even the hunkiest celebs have been turned down by many, many women who just weren't interested.

Some women will totally fall in love with you and MOST women won't give two sh*ts about you.

Men are much more homogenous in their desires. Whereas most men will find, say, Scarlett Johanson or Megan Fox highly desirable, women are much more varied in their "types." I've known women who thought a young Ozzie Osbourne was sexy as hell and others who thought he was ridiculous and gross.

This is why you need to expose yourself to as many women as possible (no pun intended). If 5% of women, let's say, will fall in love with you, and you only meet 10 women, you're fukked. But if you meet 100 women, then you've got 5 who love you.

Here's an article that's quite illuminating, as well:

http://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/the-mathematics-of-beauty/

I imagine it would be quite similiar for women. ie., the more disagreement there is about your attractiveness, the more the women who find you attractive will find you REALLY attractive.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

This was what I was explaining to someone on the forum the other day, on the topic about the importance of looks.

The example of 5% of women finding a man attractive is an extreme. In many cases it could be 40% or 50%.

Not for me, I find a small number of women think I'm hot (they said so) but a lot of women seem to find me kind of off putting judging from how they seem to avoid me. It's weird.

I think being attractive to girls and being able to fvck each and everyone of them is being conflated here. Women reject guys they find attractive all the time. If every man in the world was extremely attractive to females, they'd probably still reject them for sex 80-90% of the time. Men always oversupply the sexual demand women have, or women undersupply the demand. That said, without attraction a man doesn't have much chance.

A guy is normally attractive to many women and extremely attractive to a few. But that doesn't mean he'll be able to fvck all of them that are attracted, but only a few. A guy who is not attractive to many women is maybe only extremely attractive to 1 out of 100 or 1,000. Most women either find a guy hot, attractive or not attractive. If most women don't think you're attractive at all, I don't think any women to speak of would find you very attractive.

That's why some men get hot girls and can get laid about every week, others a few times a year, and those that almost never do.
