Sure. Some women are very f*ckable but you would never date them or develop feelings for them.

I met this girl last year who was probably a 5. She was very f*ckable and sexy though.

Sometimes average women are sexy. But still too unattractive to date or fall for. Same happens with hotter women who are very visually appealing, but something about their personality makes you think they would suck in bed.

I think chemistry is a big part of it. Everyone is more f*ckable when you have chemistry with them.

Agree, I would also add that if a LTR pulls back, just has sex and little to almost zero kissing with her, listen to the gut... something might be up. Goes with sustained eye contact...
