"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Is it "alarming" that an alpha male like Trump would demand his wife lose her pregnancy fat?

I was reading this and it got me interested:

https://www.yahoo.com/beauty/alarmi...elania-get-post-baby-body-back-131526565.html

A visitor to one of Trump’s homes, late into Melania’s pregnancy, recalls him remarking that he agreed to the baby on the condition that Melania would get her body back. “She promised him that everything would go back to the way it was,” says this guest; it struck this person as a “contract.” And he was simply rude to her. “There was no ‘How do you feel?’ No opening of doors, making sure she didn’t fall. Just ‘You wanted to have a baby.’”
My favorite comment:
That's why they're called billionaires. They don't hang with fat chicks.

Small price to pay to live in gold. If you think for a minute she married him for his looks your an idiot. Chicks marry rich guys because their rich.

Now hit the gym chubby and lay off the pizza.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

More emotional female psychobabble. The key to this is to ignore it. Sure, be respectful to your wife, and don't be as overt as Trump was. But in general, that's just human nature.

You know how trump would do it? He would put her in a roman torture device every night that she refused to eat right, it would take her one inch from death and make her pray to just die for relief.

Not surprising at all. Fair even.

How do you assure a relationship with a billionaire? You have his kid. Therefore whatever happens you still have some access to his means...because he will want to look after his children.

The billionaire knows this. So why not require her to get her body back? She gets a billionaire as her child's father. A pretty slick trade off for her I'd say.

Notice each of Trump's wives had his children.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I like Trump but he is no alpha. He reminds me of PoonKing! lol

-He can't handle criticism. Gets defensive.
-He tries too hard to convey a masculine persona like he has something to prove.
-He uses the same tactics that a bully uses.
-Gets too emotional.

I will not enter into a political discussion but to clarify my statement: Trump is inconsistent, lacks social skills, is inherently dishonest and lies constantly, is a follower who depends on others to form his opinions without fact checking, using bullying tactics to achieve ends rather than logic, lacks the ability to compromise, and is delusional in many of his opinions and actions. That my friend does not describe an "Alpha" in my definition. But hey, drink the cool aide and I support your right to defend, support and idolize him as much as you would like. End of my part of any further discussion. Thank you.

Not a troll and appreciate your response. There is always room to agree to disagree. I believe that is one of these times. Thanks.

If I had to write a thesis of who is an alpha male, it would be a picture of Donald Trump.
I wrote on another forum years ago about Trump being Alpha stating that if he was at a gathering of Men & Women and no one knew who he was, he would likely be the most Alpha guy in the venue.

Some may not like his politics but he is persuavise and very ambitious and is good with people.

He would be the man at any social gathering even if people didn't know anything about him.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

So if he was in a room full of special forces soldiers out in the field he would be the most alpha? What about amongst a peer group of NFL football players in an inner city environment?

You're nitpicking or being purposely obtuse.
Of course he's not going to out-alpha the top 0.00001% of men in their environment.
Just like the guys you mentioned wouldn't in a dog-eat-dog business environment.

You know exactly what I meant.

And it's ironic that some rappers use to include lyrics like "got money like Trump" or "got juice/women/game like Trump" but now that he is POTUS and they disagree with his politics, they bash him.

Haha, listen, this lady understands the whole deal, while you guys completely miss out how profitable it is for the wife. That's her golden ticket.

But would she be with him if he were a Beta Billionaire?

Those NFL players and special forces soldiers are pawns in another mans game - men like Trump. Soldiers, paid to lie in a hole and risk bullets in their brain for the political gains of men like trump. NFL players.....I am sure we are putting those guys in charge when society breaks down.

Fitness/doing stereotypical male roles and occupations doesn't make you an alpha. In fact, my guess is that if those NFL players and SAS met Trump, they wouldn't start kicking his ass because he is the most powerful man on planet earth and could end all their good times with a phone call. They would be keen to make friends with the president/billionaire, not peacocking around him and kicking him to the back of the line. Plus, he is 70ish, those guys wont be fit and athletic forever.
What's Alpha depends upon the environment...

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm way late but I took the original intent of this thread to mean "how can trump be classified as a true alpha if he has to negotiate with his wife to lose the weight after a baby?"

From what i understand, the TRUE alpha has married a woman whom is submissive and supplicating and would never think of retaining excess weight as she could lose her man as a result.

Any man who has to negotiate weight loss post pregnancy is not a true alpha/does not have a submissive/supplicating woman.

In general, I dont see Trump as alpha. I see him as a tantrum-ing infant. A true alpha maintains composure in the face of adversity. That does not describe Trump.

Uh, he has out-alpha-ed every other aspirant to be able to use those special forces a expendable pawns as per his wishes. That, my frIend, is ALPHA!

I was saying if he was in the room with no money or former reputation. Just him and his character.

In that scenario, he would likely be the Alpha in a room of average guys.

How do you think he earned his money and reputation?

The same way he was the Alpha amongst 17 established political rivals.

He was out of his element yet was still dominant.

I think we would have to be in a room with him in such a situation to truly judge that.

I have been surprised by some men's ability to display alpha qualities despite my previous interactions with them which suggested otherwise.
He wouldn't have a "frame" in a room of physically dominant killers. They know nothing of whom he is, they can kill him with their hands, they have comradery because they are in the same space, and he has no social structure supporting him or money. I think his ego will become diminished in that setting.
