Is it acceptable to kiss/hug a woman when you first meet for a date? Or just been introduced by friends?

What's 'standard' protocol?

To answer the kissing part, it depends entirely on the situation. It's acceptable to tell her to suck your pecker in the right circumstances. That's a judgement call you're gunna have to make.

If you first meet someone a simple hand shake will do. You can esscalate kino as she becomes more comfortable around you.

Just make sure it is not a business hand shake and that you look stright into her eyes and smile.
