I'm reading yet another story of an aerospace professional killing her cheating husband (gee, good thing I didn't date any colleagues in my rocket scientist days!)

One of the first responders seems to say that it's a good thing that these types of events happen, so that men will think twice before cheating!

flyingcats

maybe if more of these homewreckes [sic] got "capped" they would think twice before they ruin another womans life, and her children.
How come we never hear of men defending their honor by slaying their cheating wives being lauded - instead of being labeled extreme misogyny?

Double standard innit? It's on the same level as some sharia law muslim extremist for a man to kill his wife for cheating. It's acceptable for him to kill the other man.

When I me and ex split she asked how could I be so calm at a time like this. She didn't know I knew she was cheating, she thought I was just breaking up with her. Well my reply was this. "I'm being calm, because I'm trying my best not to choke the life out of you right now, hope you and X have a good life together". Then I got up and left. She told me later that it scared the shyt out of her.

i'm scared of women just as much as they "say" theyre scared of us. anytime i hear them say something like "im scared of all the psychos on the internet, if i meet someone online they might kill me!" the problem is the last few nes stories ive heard are women KILLING THEIR OWN CHILDREN AND DUMPING THE BODY SOMEWHERE AND THEN GOING OUT AND PARTYING LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. whens the last time you heard about a man doing that? so yeah, they can be scared all they want, if they want to live their lives based on a law and order svu show or watch too much dateline then fine, but theyll never play the victim card with me and get away with it.
