Is having a mobile phone a sign you are not totally alpha?

I have a flip phone.

People don't see it as alpha. They see it as cheap or assume I'm unemployed. Hell, even unemployed people have smart phones nowadays.

I stopped using a mobile phone about 3 years ago. It gives me an opportunity to approach women by asking to use their phone.

I have a flip phone and I don't care what people think of it. I also drive a luxury car so people don't know what to think anyway when they put the two together. A nice comfortable fast ride is more important to me than being able to play Angry Birds anyway.
