Is exhibitionism really alpha behavior

I was reading an article about former Congressman Weiner (what a name, although it should be pronounced vine-er), the guy who was sending text messages with pictures of his "weiner" :crackup: attached, and it got me thinking.

Perhaps exhibitionism is really an alpha trait, in that men who do so don't mind the public shaming, and are rewarded with intimacy from some women for having such psychological strength (either that, or the "weiner" is quite large, etc.) And if so, should we consider doing it with women online?

There's a lot more to Weiner's political success than his proclivity to publicly display his schlong.

While being oblivious to shaming would be incredibly attractive, e.g. the typical alpha who can take any and all social pressure without even flinching, I'm not sure that swinging your dong around would qualify.

Now, I could see that being bold enough to walk around a private party in your privates may be seen as "alpha" for the reasons you mentioned, but tweeting your johnson is likely to get the average guy on the street exiled forever.

It is alpha if your are from strong position , but if you are doing that to get some sex , then no it is beta behavour .
in fact passive people (usually women ) tend to expose themselves to get sex (approached ) .
I think these days many men doing the same , expose themslves to females to attract them , but that wont work, especially if you dont have sexy body

Exhibitionists are not alphas, nor alphas are exhibitionists. It all comes down to your personality traits.

Being comfortable with yourself is confidence, but taking pictures of your d1ck to be sent to an online woman is just as beta as a guy who declared love remotely.
