"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok I am a budding don juan. Taking things in small steps. The first thing I changed from the old upthere was eyecontact, holding it with chicks, and add more C+F to my conversation. There is HB6 that I am not really that interested in but I thought I would practice anyway. She has never shown interest in me at all. So she asked me a question in bio and I held EC with her as she talked to me and did same thing later that day. Out of the blue she starts giving me IOI's left and right. I brushed it off and continued thinking not much about it. Then today she was touching my face and playing with my hair at various points. Remember until now no signs of interest.

My question, is EC really that powerfull or is it just coincedence?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I think I read somewhere around here that there are actually certain chemicals released in your brain or something when you look into someone's eyes for an extended period of time, the same chemicals that are released when you're "in love."

I've always found this to be true. My biggest question was always how long to hold it without seeming stalker-ish. Make EC and hold it until she looks away? Then continue again?

I have wondered the same thing as well. My eyes met with a super confident chick and I had to look away I was borderline staring.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
