Easter is just a target date, they've said it is flexible. Each region will probably be evaluated on an individual basis. I imagine things will take longer than that to shake out for most. It hasn't even hit in my county yet.

No vote from me. The population won’t have any idea about an answer to your question until the end of this first two week stretch arrives end of March.
A government health assessment will most likely be released then.
This situation will remain fluid until we know more.
