Hey My friend told me that if i go out with this 9th grader that me and her can makeout and stuff and even have sex not that im gonna try for it right away or sanything but shes 14 im 16 and this is Washington State... anyone know differant?

What i want to know is if me (16) and a girl (14) are in a relationship could we have sex... I dont need to to be in a relationship i just wanna know if not can i atleast make out with her and do everything except sex...?.........

From my understanding if you are 18 and they are under 16 then you are guilty of statutory rape...But if your 16 and you wanna do stuff w/ a 14 yr old then it's ok I guess...making out is definately ok. sex I'm pretty sure is ok too as long as your not over 18, but not sure tho.

You need to stop worrying so much, you've made a couple of posts about this girl and are asking about her age, if your freaked out about what may happen don't go through with it because all you'll be doing while your going out is wondering what people think of you going out w/ a 14 yr old when in fact they probably don't care.

wh01987, it shouldn't be a problem as long as her parents/gaurdian, doesn't have a problem with you all dating. After all, their the ones that can press charges and all that other stuff. Maybe her parent don't condome you all dating. So check it out with her parents first.

Cool, then what are you worried about? Her parents are fine wit it, so date her. You're a lucky bastard! The only catch to it is, her parents have certain rules right? Like, have her home at this time, she can only have company for "x'' amount of time, etc. right? Well you better follow them rules. It's nothing like pissing of a younger girls parent.
