is anybody afraid of the dentist?

i have broken alot of bones in my body and it wasn't a big deal. i have been beating and bloodied and walked away tougher. heck even walking up to hot chicks never posed a threat. but the dentist. thats one bad mofo.

over the holidays i was eating some peanuts and i bit into one and it broke one of my back teeth in half and its starting to hurt. it's not getting teeth pulled that hurts or the drill. it's that big shiny needle that he sneaks into your mouth and it really hurts and the freezing sucks too cause it numbs even your ear and you can't talk.

i thought brushing my teeth 4 times a day would keep me from ever seeing that demon forever. but i may just have to suck it up.

anyone else hate the dentist?

I never hated the dentist at all until I was 18 and got my bottom wisdom teeth pulled. They weren't yet exposed so they had to cut ALOT and break them out and pull them in pieces. They also didn't let the novacaine take effect long enough before they started cutting and I felt all the cutting.
Fortunately they stopped and waited another ten minutes (at my request) to break them and pull them.

4 years later I got my top wisdom teeth pulled. OHHHHH. I almost puked from the pain and had to have the dentists stop to let my stomach settle. It was so much worse even though they were exposed. I think most people get gassed for this type of procedure but I just had novacaine both times. Not recommended.

Yeah i had 4 of mines removed in July of 2006 at age 16. I've had worst surgeories so the pain was bearable but i looked horrible while i was recovering. Swollen cheeks made me look fat and i was too exhausted from doing anything for being inactive. I consider it another obstacle in life and when its over, you only come out stronger.

it was 4million times worse than ever have babies.
