is a sex therapist neccesary?

I am 20 years old and I am already frustrated with school and my sex life, I feel like giving up sometimes and I need some sort of psychological and emotional improvement, i dont know if people have considered this to be a good idea? is it?

At least you have a sex life at 20. There are many people on this site older and still don't have one.

Sex therapists only help those that are having too much sex. Not the other way around. You need a regular therapist.
