iPod problem

The menu won't show up every time I insert my iPod into my computer and I'm unable to load new songs to my iPod. However, it says in my iPod that it's charging. I think I may know the problem; I changed the settings so I could manually add songs to my iPod. Is there any way to fix it?

Sounds like you need to reset it. Check the manual to find out how. I have a Nano so I'm not sure that it would be the same on your model.

iPod is a pain in the a55.. I once was in court 2 hours before begging, thinking I'd listen to it while I wait, then it froze.
