IOI’s & Interest level

Note: This way of recognising IOI’s is based on my experience from going out and doing COLD approaches.

I don’t really believe in taking any notice of a girls IOI’s, since the MAN should always be “ESCALATING” the interaction to the next level ANYWAY.

To the point how to know when your getting IOI’s………..

ANY ATTEMPT TO ENGAGE YOU OR GET YOU TO ENGAGE HER WHAT SO EVER IS AN IOI.

If you’re standing at the end of the bar and a bunch of girls move from there end to yours for no reason what so ever, they are trying to get you to ENGAGE them.
If you ask her a question and she gives you a one word answer she is still ENGAGEING you meaning there is interest on some level.

I chuckle about this when I'm at the gym and I match eyes with some girl, and then 5 minutes later she's on the machine next to me.

I don't hit on girls at the gym. To me it's like hitting on girls at work.

Unless the girl is displaying a TON of other IOI's (through eye-contact, kino, her demeanor), if I get a one-word answer from a girl that she doesn't follow up with, I think its safe to assume thats an IOD, not an IOI because it doesn't engage in conversation, it just abruptly cuts off that thread of discussion (in hopes that you leave.)

Eye-contact is the most consisten IOI/IOD.

Not necessarily; some women are EXTREMELY shy. Although direct eye contact is one of the most obvious IOI, there are other signals to watch for. Touching their hair, walk-bys, brushing up against you, other forms of touching, etc. It's not all cut and dry but generally these are good for gauging a woman's interest in you.

In my experience, even the shy Japanese women that I've encountered kept eye contact when they were interested.

Physical contact is also an IOI, but I find that it is less consistent than eye-contact when it comes to finding a girl who will seal the deal. Some girls use physical contact a lot when drunk, and I don't go for drunk girls. Additionally, some girls who are the attention ***** types will make plenty of physical contact. However, they will make minimal to no eye-contact if they are uninterested, however bold you may be.

She could just be poor at taking the convo further and/or nervous/shy. Not all girls have a brilliant long open ended answer prepared for everything you throw at them. If she really didn't like you she wouldn't be standing there. Granted her staying there doesn't mean she has the hots for you either, but it's enough to escalate anyway.
