Don Juan
Guys, I need your thoughts on this.
I was recently drinking a beer with a buddy of mine when I lamented that in the city where we live, there seems to be no available women. I get the impression that all the HBs are already happily involved (either dating, engaged, or married). Even some of the girls who look like they should be out in a pasture with a bell hanging under their necks have guys. I live in a college town in the Midwestern US, so you'd think that the place is ripe for the picking. I just don't get that vibe at all.
My buddy said to me that just because they're involved doesn't mean they aren't available. What I want to know from you guys is: do you think my buddy is right?
Is a woman who is already involved with someone always looking for a better deal, or are most of them content with the guy they have now? Now, I'll leave out engaged and married women from this group.
Before I lived in this city, I was involved in two different LTRs (back to back, with a few months gap between the two), and that period lasted about 10 years. So, I'm a little rusty on the prowl, ya know?
