Intermittent Fasting

Hi Chaps, I have been on a bit of a health kick for around 2 weeks now, Alot of exersize and healthy eating, 1 week ago i came across Intermittent fasting something i had never heard of before, I feel as though this is something that could really change my life! Has anyone else here had good results with IT? What routine do you do and do you have any tips? Since weighing myself 2 weeks ago i have lost just under 10 lbs.

My usual routine is 16 hours fast with 8 hours eat but since last week i have found myself fasting for 20 hours with a 4 hour window for food. Its amazing how much better i feel in myself, energy levels are there, working even harder in the gym and my concentration at work has improved as well.

If anyone is struggling to lose weight or is up for starting something new then i highly rate IT, look into it there's loads of great videos on youtube!
