A continuation of my inner game post, with some higher level inner game concepts / techniques.

Original post link: https://www.sosuave.net/forum/threads/inner-game-for-beginners.284087/

Starting at #4, since the original post had 3 inner game concepts.

4. “Act As If.”
(Two relevant books are Unlimited Power and Awaken The Giant Within by Tony Robbins)
A lot of self help gurus share this piece of advice and it can be very helpful.

It simply means to ACT AS IF you are already the person you want to be, that you already have the qualities you want to have, that you are already getting the results that you want to have.

Imagination is necessary for this, depending on how far your desired qualities are from the actual present.

Tips:
— Determine what kind of person you want to be, what qualities you wish to cultivate, and such.
— Then, “Act as if” you are already in possession of those qualities / are already that kind of person you aspire to be.

5. Live In The Moment.
(The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle)
Most anxiety and limiting beliefs / behaviors are because our minds wander and focus on past failures or imaginary potential future negative outcomes.

This is eliminated when you are living completely in the present. Meditating in field is something some top seducers do, which eliminates approach anxiety if done properly.

Not sit down and close your eyes and meditate, but to simply be walking around and focusing on your breath, clearing your mind, and noticing the sensations in your body.

Tips:
— Read any and all of Eckhart Tolle’s materials and apply it.
— Meditating regularly, ideally one hour a day.
— Meditating in-field: Focusing on your breath, noticing your bodily sensations, and emptying your mind.
— Do your best to keep your mind and imagination from wandering, focus on the here and now, just this moment.
— The only thing that exists is this very moment.

6. Don’t care about what women think of you, or what anyone thinks of you.
(Let Them by Mel Robbins)
Most people give away so much of their own power to others without even realizing they are doing so. When you constantly think about what others are thinking and that is a determining factor in your decisions and actions, you have given away your power.

Focus on yourself and not on what others think. Most people are too self-centered to even notice you. Everyone is worried about themselves too much to care what you’re up to, for the most part.

Tips:
— Realize nobody is actually really paying any attention to you.
— Stop giving away your personal power by being overly concerned with what other people are thinking.
— Focus on what you can do, and what’s within your own control.

Hope this helps, good luck out in the field!

Why would you # 4 act if as while you #6 don't care what people think of you?
There isn’t a contradiction between these two principles.

But to simplify it, to avoid a misunderstanding:

Acting as if is for YOU to internally shift so that you feel different and come across differently.

Not caring about women or what anyone thinks is only to an extent, not 100%. Just enough that fear of negative opinions or perception of you does not bother you or prevent you from doing what you want to do. If you completely didnt care then you would just be at home all day in isolation and not bother improving yourself.

Some caring is necessary, but most people care way too much.

The book I referenced helps explain this better than I can.
