"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Interesting article that raises questions

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

Arnold also used some heavy doses of steroids for awhile there. Just stick with a normal routine until you stop growing and need to try something different to stimulate more muscle growth.

That's an old article you digged up there Workerouter. Haven't seen that for a while. For us mere mortals Arnold's training regime should be read for entertainment purposes only although he does lay out some basic beginners stuff in his books and reading how he used to train is always inspiring. The tales of him and his training buddies out in the countryside in Austria with a barbell, squatting til they drop, working out hard in Munich and then eating whole chickens washed down with liberal amounts of beer lol. Great stuff!
