Ever wonder why so many guys have "fetishes" for certain types of women? Because those fetishes tend to relate with how successful that guy has been in the past with that particular type of woman in contrast to what type he'd been unsuccessful with prior. I'm still waiting for someone to show me an online dating site that caters to fit, attractive women who have fetishes for Big Beautiful Men.

This debate will go on forever. All I know is, I will follow what I've been able to observe with others, as well as my own experience in life. Both have shown me that looks DON'T matter to hot women.

I also wanted to add, my aunt(who's a very attractive woman in her 40's) when I was having a conversation with her about this last week, told me that hot women go for ugly guys because they don't want the headache of having to worry about a good looking guy attracting other women, as it's feared they will cheat or leave. And onto me, like I've said, I'm a VERY good looking guy, and I can promise you that is no exaggeration. But how often do my looks even get me in the door with hotties? 97% of the time it DOESN'T. Not even with the metal or goth chix, which, in particular, I should be attracting in droves due to my metal-musician image, as well as being a very good looking guy to go along with it...so, you figure that one out. And if you're wondering if it has to do with my body language, I can assure you it doesn't. I stand very confident, relaxed, poised, look happy, aloof, don't look eager, maintain good eye contact, etc. etc. etc.

What is it that you guys continually debate on whether Looks Matter or not for? Looks matter, your clothes matter, your conversation matters, it ALL MATTERS. Duh?? You guys need to step back and take a look at the real world of interaction, instead of the sosuave "mindset" on the Mature Forum.

LOOKS, for the very definition on SOSUAVE are defined as external things like facial, muscles, smiles, etc on a guy. That is SOSUAVE'S definition of good looks.

Women in the real world look at the TOTAL PACKAGE of a guy, it's the TOTAL PACKAGE that makes him HOT, not just that he has nice dimples.

It's the guy with confidence, charisma, a bit of success, a touch of ambition, a fullness of sexuality, good health, great style, great conversation, not boring, and a DECENT exterior is what is known as HOT to women in the REAL WORLD.

That's a complete package.

Don't get so hung up on 6 packs, a 6 packs with NO CONVERSATION OR NO GREAT STYLE OR BOREDOM.....is like a Mercedez Benz with no Gas, it doesn't matter how GOOD IT LOOKS it's not going anywhere.

But a Mercedes Benz with Gas will attract more and retain more than most other cars.........this is why the focus must be on the ENTIRE PACKAGE not just Scott Stenier Biceps.

I'm apart of the Inner Game crowd, because I believe a person with strong Inner Game will bring out of him the natural characteristics of confidence, charsmia, etc...and seeing that this person will have LOVE for themselvels they will naturally seek to look their best, exercise, be healthy, improve their financial situation etc.

In time, this person becomes the TOTAL PACKAGE.

I knew a guy a few years ago who was extremely good looking. When we walked into a club all eyes were on us (mostly him). He got approached all the time.

Dude was dumb as a box of rocks. Nothing special about his personality. He didn't have ANYTHING going for him other than his looks, and the chicks flocked to him like flies on $hit.

I will have to give him credit though.....he did have to have SOMETHING else about him that kept these girls around. He was a decent guy and was fun to party with, so the girls obviously found something beyond his looks that was attractive to them.
