Seem to be getting this a lot recently with the younger women, especially off Tinder.

Almost every hit, young (19 - 25) chick I chat to on tinder asks me this at some point. Also had this from women I've cold approached whose numbers I've got and started texting.

I understand their reasoning. Instagram is an easy way to get a window into someone's life and assess a guy's "value".

From my perspective though it's a pain in the ass. Often once I say I don't have it the conversation goes dead, as if I'm some kind of social outcast. From my POV I just can't be bothered with another social media account since I already use snapchat sparingly. That's enough for me.

Honestly thinking of just saying "fvck it" and downloading the thing.

Men who don't have Instagram ARE social outcasts to younger women who use Tinder. Young chicks from Tinder dream of meeting a hot guy who has tons of social proof via social media. 9/10 they will disappear once you say you don't have iit after they've asked.

If you're the kind of guy who doesn't have Instagram already then that might not be a good idea unless you build it first or have a few friends who use IG and be willing to help. The only thing worse then having no Instagram is having an account without followers or interaction.
