Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

He is right, prisons should be used to punish offenders and keep them away from honest people not to torture them in their basic needs.
Nowadays they can get a degree but cannot spank their own monkey on a video.
The spread of porno movies would make the inmates lazy and relaxed therefore the whole environment would be less dangerous for the penitentiary agents and the inmates themselves.

I think Strelok brings up an interesting point. One must think that a sexually relieved inmate must be a much more peaceful and controllable inmate. And certainly, it must cut down on jail rape (unless of course, the penitentiary system secretly actually wants jail rape as a means of hierarchical control, etc.)
There are way too many incentives to be imprisoned these days, especially in the UK. I worked with young offenders for a while and nearly all of them said that they enjoyed being in prison.
One guy told me he intended to take 2 years on the outside and then try and go back. Another guy told me it's a good place to relax when life gets stressful as everything's done for you, no bills to pay, no rent to find, meals provided and you get free access to gym facilities, games consoles, DVDs and alike, which is more than he's ever had at home.
If this is how these people are thinking, they're going through life on the outside doing what the hell they want against whoever they want and they're being rewarded for it.
The ONLY deterrant for prisoners is the lack of women and sexual gratification. If they start giving them porn, they are basically set for life.

Living in jail is the same thing as being someone pet. You get free food, free shelter etc. But only a lazy man would think that that is good.
