Ingrown hair

I have the king of all ingrown hairs , on my lower abdomen. I shaved my abs 2 weeks ago, and this ingrown appeared about 5 days. Its swelled up to about the size of an almond almost. Its so big i cant dig down and free the hair. I have no idea what to do, it hurts like Sh1t! should i just give it time?? ive tried applying heat and ive tried tweezers nothing worked. any suggestions?

Lance it open,
Let it drain and disinfect it.
Put a cold pack on it,

When it's swelling is down you should probably see it poking around.

i do something a little different.
i put a heating pad on the ingrown hair at night time and a little campo fene
the next day its not like a hard rock like boil anymore , its more like a pimple.

then i wash my hands and i pop it.
once you get all the infected stuff out, it usually bleeds a little.
then you can use tweezers and get the hair out.
make sure you get the hair out.

then i put triple antibiotic ointment on it after that.

Just get a pocket knife and dig the little sucker out.
