"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It's Killer but i think this is the problem i haver

WHENEVER!!! I see a girl i might be attracted to My head get's Filled automatically with self-doubt...things that usually go through my head such as

1.She's got a Boyfriend
2. I can't compete with that guy (another guy in close proximity)

I hate it and because of this i never really approach girls..I've hit the gym lately and it's been wearing these effects off but my head is constantly filled with these thoughts. well I was searching the net at school couple days back and ran across and article on "WHERE GUYS MESS UP AT" it talked about why guys usually don't approach you especially the ones you really want

it's the inferiority complex
a State of mind in which everygirl you come across in many ways or another is better than you...

also in my case...when seeing a hot girl there's always that BETTER GUY STRONGER MORE ATTRACTIVE GUY and that's why she will never want me....
I also get VERY discouraged when i see a girl on the phone...it usually doesn't matter who's on the other line but what it means is she has enough guys in her life i can't compete

This goes along with the whole Beta-male way of thinking and why most of us can never land that GIRL!!

The Fear of being Rejected is also very bad for me and alot of guys also Being the RAFC I am now i am in the learning process...you could say DJ-In Training so what i want to know from guys who may have experienced these symptoms how in the world do we as a male wanting to get with JUST ONE!!! Get over this way of thinking...i understand sarging is majority but more help is needed...........

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Self-doubt is the biggest human pittfall there is.

The only way to defeat it is by attaining success. By attaining success in one area of your life, it becomes contagious for succeeding in the other areas of your life.

When you stop caring about getting a girl is when you'll notice the chances of really getting one become much more in your favor.

By having a take it or leave it attitude, being fun and socialable with your goals always in focus, girls of quality will take notice. By doing these things, you're in essence building your self-value over and above any petty insecurities.

It does take alot and you need to make the right associations in your mind to stay positive and not dwell on any insecuriities. The time you spend battling these insecurities could be energy spent in building your self-esteem by having no doubts in your abilities.

To do this, when an insecurity comes to surface, just let it pass. If you think about it a bit, so what .. let it go. Eventually, you'll quit spinning your wheels on each insecurity that comes up and catch more pavement.

Keep your head up and a good posture and your dilligence about you.
