"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

anyone here a so called late bloomer(didn't date in HS, or even college ) i finished my college ,working and also at same time trying to find better job.

where do you think some guys in HS-i mean soo young like 15,16 get the skills to get a date and a gf . then there are guys like us (late bloomers) didn;t date any girls most of our lives, and even till now have a hard time getting a date. i think its with the friends you hang out with. they learn from each other on how to attract girl. if you hang with the introvert, anti socail crew -good luck , if you hang with the trendy hip, and outgoing party crowd then ya easy to find girls.

thinking now i wished i dated in HS, i think its good experience. too bad i came from a strict household where school and books was the top choice in life(don't work, don't do hobbies, don't socialize, don't go out)just study study study. kinda of screw me up big time. i had no social life, no friends, nothing -pretty much like this now too. maybe a little has changed.

the thing with me is i'm learning this dating stuff now at 26 yrs old. talk about embarassing hey. i think as you get older it gets harder.

the girls you want to date already have experience dating and guys -so they now what they want and not want in a guy.if u don't fit that criteria -the your out in first coffee date. while i find the inexperienced girls(late bloomers-which are rare) tend to be more open and accepting of a request of date/hang out and more keen too-phoning, IM on MSN, -i guess its b/c they don;t now what they want in a guy.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

your not alone. I am in a similar boat. I"ve been doing the boot camp journal and so far its been kinda hard. LIke 1 week is more like 2-3 weeks for me hehe
I understand what your saying. Coming into the field kinda late and seeing all this from another perspective ..YOu know I see these girls that I thought are being conservative and not dating and turn out to be the biggest sluts and you are just shocked ,jaw-dropping shocked some of things that happened while in your not in the field. Its a learning experience, and it'll take some time if you put it in, and no means will this be easy ; i m not an expert there yet ; this forum has been a great resource and hopefully 1 day i'll be posting the threads about 1 st dates..

I've been in a high paying job working 60-70 hours a week making huge bonuses, and didn't really spend time on this crucial aspect of my life. I've got hair issues as well that I am working on .

Well, nothing in life pays off more then experience, but you're not out of luck yet. You finished and are working so I assume you have something going for you. You're not completely out of the loop, using this site will teach you what you more or less need to know and all you have to do is apply what you learn where you see it fit...thus saving you a lot of time and heart-ache that would've come had you tried earlier. Not to say it will be easy, anything you do for the first few times will not be as smooth as you like, but, what I am saying is you will have an edge compared to some. I also believe you'll be able to get into the full swing of things soon.
