That’s absolutely not true. I personally know the guys who run Citadels option trading desk and they are highly ethical people. I actually saw one of them get confirmed into the Catholic faith 8 years ago totally by accident when attending a mass.

I am in financial services and super regulated but if I was able to, I would use Think or Swim by TDAmeritrade. You trade equities and ETFs for free, their software is professional grade, their client service is excellent and they route their trades usually through JPMorgan. It’s a great platform.
