Make sure you view it fullscreen. I would say to watch it through first without staring at the dot just to prove it's not a trick.

That's awesome. After it switches over, you can look off the dot and the picture goes back to B&W, then look back at the dot and it goes to color again.:crazy:

It's probably adaptation of color-opponency cells in your your retina or your brain.
