It would appear that there are some doubts and perhaps inconsistencies with the banning procedure.
It's clear there are doubts given the threads that are created and one would suppose given the human element there will always be inconsistencies. There will always be even on a subconscious level an emotional trigger that will favor one poster over another. Perhaps it could be a factor such as race, sex or age that triggers an impartial emotional response.
Anyway, why not examine the topic in any case...

One of the reasons Reykhel was given for his holiday was the use of the word "fagg0t". Reykhel agreed and agrees. Nobody likes to be presented with this word and if it was said in "real" it could be like a red flag waved at a bull. Expect an ashtray to be picked up and smashed into your skull. It's the type of stuff that instigated physical fights in real. So it's silly to use it online as the receiver cannot reply with an ashtray to your deserving head. Agreed.
However, Reykhel has never been one to throw around said word and there has been only three uses of aforementioned word typed from the hand of Reykhel that he can recall.
1. Jokingly said to @Tenacity that "only fagg0ts take protein powder". This was said completely in jest to Tenacity in line with the running joke of the "cartoon character alpha" line that he's talked about and Reykhel commented on (Reykhel's view is that masculinity is much more complex and deep than the alpha beta line that's used). Further, Tenacity knew it was said in jest and banter and responded on the same wavelength. No offense or insult was thrown and Tenacity and he did not as far as Reykhel understands, take any offense.
Question: why was these seen as offensive when it was clearly in jest? who took offense to it?
Clearly that must have triggered some sensitive people...
This was the one post that was deleted. (a reason given for the holiday was there was several posts deleted......this was the only one as far as can be seen @ImTheDoubleGreatest!
2. When member @show-no-luv wrote to Reykhel "....if I met you I'd slap you with my ****......and you wearing panties"..........Reykhel responded with "save that talk for the faggOts that you fvck". No granted that wasn't a direct insult, it was responding to homosexual gestures from another poster. Clearly a grown man saying they would slap another grown man with their penis is talking like a homosexual.
3. The direct one.....guilty. Sent a pm to the above poster ironically saying "hi fagg0t". Yeah so Reykhel is guilty on that one charge. Granted that was after receiving several pm's from above poster asking to meet up and fight and being called a homosexual and a woman and coward in several pm's.
Guilty. Reykhel took the bait from this poster and one of the two got a holdiday...
the inconsistency would be to ponder why @Sho-No-Luv didn't get a holiday.....

This poster can be seen to be consistently liking all of the moderators' posts. Practically all of them that are related to the matter in hand.
Is one to assume this is one of the friendships that was mentioned and we've witnessed impartiality because of said friendships.
