"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I can't sleep. I been seeing this female for 3 months. She's everything My AFC self ever wanted. This past weekend we were hanging out with her best friend. These two girls have been friends since they were kids. They describe themselves as sisters. To make a long story short her friend verbally admitted (while my girl at the time wasn't nearby to listen) feeling bad about wanting to "steal me" away. It took me off guard as I never had this happen to me. For weeks and before this even took place I have caught her sneaking in looks at me. While my ex wasn't around she even made me promise that I wouldn't hurt her friend who I was currently seeing up until several hours ago.

The following night her friend shoots me a text saying "hello handsome" and starts to to tell me about how adorable and how fun she thinks I am. There were even slight sexual comments made. Anyways she began asking all sorts of questions as if trying to guage just how much I cared for my ex and somehow came to the conclusions that I really don't care about her at all. She asks me if she has stolen me off yet and I respond with "I don't know have you?" She responds with "I don't know have I?". About 30 minutes later she texts "I'm only trying to be friendly but I guess you rather have me go away for good". She also seemed to make slight negative comments towards whatever I thought I had going for me with my ex.

Anyways let's fast forward to tonight. I'm devastated. My girl calmly and to her goddamn convenience decided she was going to nuke the relationship and I went off on her. We got into an argument and I left this ***** in tears after all the insults and comments I threw her way. I been up all night. I can't ****ing sleep. So many different sceneraios as to what the **** is going on is playing through my head right now. I see exactly the reason why my heart is filled with resentment but at the same time I also hate myself. I hate myself because I know better. Knowing everything I know about women I still decide to hang on to a fools hope.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Dude I wouldn't be surprised if her friend "sabotaged" your relationship . Girlfriends female friends can be extremely malicious.

Something similar happens to me except it wasn't just her friend trying to fvck up the relationship but my own friend as well. Guess what they succeeded. Jelousy is a terrible thing.

I'm assuming she wasn't very interested if she was so easy to break up with you. Combine that with brainwashing from her friend and your basically swimming against a current.

Don't contact this girl or risk coming off as needy.

Man Im surprised that Sam finally started posting useful things, thankfully long are gone those days or your bullsh1t, rep for the hobbit.

Anyway he is right, never underestimate the sheep mentality of girls and the desire to be part of the herd and benefit of its moral protection and approval no matter the cost to pay in liberty.

Also dont forget that some girls really have a strong manipulative personality which doesnt not envy any intenstity to the biggest sociopaths, they lack empathy or love but feel jealousy and posses for their friends and see any possible boyfriend of them or new friends as threath that must be eradicated.

Its not desire to protect their friend but mere possession and desire to control her, think of a possessive mother which doesnt let her kids go out to play with the others or meet the divorced father, its not about love but control.

I know women are quick to back stab one another at the drop of a dime especially over a guy. It's depressing. But these two have been best friends for nearly two decades. This just happened so suddenly as soon as her best friend got involved in our business. Before her best friend knew anything about us everything was just smooth sailing.

Could this have been a sh!t test to see if I would jump the opportunity to cheat? I'm over analyzing the situation and looking at things from many different angles instead of accepting things as they are and just moving on. I just want the day to end already and hopefully tonight I can get some rest. I'll admit that this situation is just weighing heavy on my heart.

Take it easy bro, and don't forget to get drunk this weekend.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I left this ***** in tears after all the insults and comments I threw her way.

Skip that part next time. It never helps. Plus it lets her know that you care enough about her to lose your cool.

Girl sends her best friend to flirt with you, to see if you flirt back.
If you do, you are untrustworthy, and get dumped.

Your story translates to a mid relationship sh!t test.

You failed.

Badly.
