“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I need some help badly. Currently I am 5'10" tall and weigh 265lbs I know I'm a fat bastard:D , but I need help. My goal is to weigh 180 lbs. I know it will be a lot of work and I am committed to make the changes necessary for my health.
I just needed some advice/tips on starting a diet and exercising. Especially since I am severely overweight. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Here is the 7 habits to a healthy eating plan and lifestyle that I got from a fitness guy's website...

"1. Eat every 2-3 hours, no matter what. You should eat between 5-8 meals per day.

2. Eat complete (containing all the essential amino acids), lean protein with each meal.

3. Eat fruits and/or vegetables with each food meal.

4. Ensure that your carbohydrate intake comes from fruits and vegetables. Exception: workout and post-workout drinks and meals.

5. Ensure that 25-35% of your energy intake comes from fat, with your fat intake split equally between saturates (e.g. animal fat), monounsaturates (e.g., olive oil), and polyunsaturates (e.g. flax oil, salmon oil).

6. Drink only non-calorie containing beverages, the best choices being water and green tea.

7. Eat mostly whole foods (except workout and post-workout drinks).
So what about calories, or macronutrient ratios, or any number of other things that I’ve covered in other articles? The short answer is that if you aren’t already practicing the above-mentioned habits, and by practicing them I mean putting them to use over 90% of the time (i.e., no more than 4 meals out of an average 42 meals per week violate any of those rules), everything else is pretty pointless."

KontrollerX's list is fantastic.

I'd like to throw in.................. Don't miss breakfast! It's the most important meal of the day.

losing 85 pounds of bodyfat is an immense task, and to do it in a healthy, steady way will take years. set yourself a number of shorter term goals.

i suggest you focus on lifting weights 2-3x per week, getting some form of cardio that you can enjoy 5x a week (you can mix & match different types, and vary them with the seasons), and eat cleanly as KonX describes above. you can probably even skip the post-workout shakes for now, and focus on eating cleanly. most importantly, get moving. it gets harder to drop bodyfat as you get older.

Thanks for the great advice guys. I just joined a local gym and will start exercising/lifting weight tomorrow. This is a little of topic but I first joined this place like anyone else looking for some advice on women. After reading countless stuff on this forum and over the internet I have come to realize that women shouldn't be a mans primary goal in life. Right now I'm just trying to become the best man I can possibly be, and the first thing on my list is to get in physical shape. It is going to be a lot of work but i feel that I can lose 85lbs. I'm going to start a log and try and keep you guys updated on my progress. Can't wait to reach my weight loss goal :D

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Had a great day at the gym today. I mostly did cardio, and then played 5 on 5 basketball for a few hours. Feeling great right now
