****in' Love Handles!!!

I'm tired of doing abs and not seeing any results in getting rid of my love handles. Is there a gel or some product that burns them for good?

Also i need info about 3 more things

1st - I'm thin 1,73 72 kg, i always need to check the fridge and eat something. ( stress perhaps? )

2nd - I can eat alot and dont get fat ( except for the belly and love handles, seems like food concentrate in those areas instead of arms, legs,etc )

3rd - I have problems about nutrition could u give a link to a website where nutrition is discussed. Like what type of foods to avoid / eat.

- try tuna, mackrel, meat

- avoid sweet stuff because it's addictive. pasta and bread may also have an effect, experiment. see how hungery you are after a protein meal and then a pasta meal

- exercising abs won't help. To see abs you have to be underwieght or very bulked up and not overweight

- exercise is more effective than diet - squash, rowing, anything fun... sex if you're lucky

If your thin already (and I mean without excessive body fat) and you are already exercising, then your diet is where the trouble is. Avoid too many starchy foods; eat veggies, fruit, and lean protein sources. If all you're doing is situps, then just forget about it--it ain't gonna happen; you need to start lifting weights.

Where your body stores fat depends on your genetics, in your case the mid-section.

The only way to rid yourself of love handles is by reducing your bodyfat %

Since you dont have a lot of muscle mass I'd recommend you check out bb.com forums and articles, find a good bulking diet and nutrition plan.

After you have a little muscle, go on a cutting diet and lose the fat
