"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Lately I have been focussing on improving myself physically as well as socially with noticeable imprivements.

However, I am not a very good conversationalist. Often what happens is i talk to someone but at some point run out of things to say and end up having an awkward blank. This happens with both men and women i talk to.

I would like to know if any of you have some tips in being able to keep a nice conversation going without having to keep asking questions again and again. And not having to think "sh!t what shall i say now".

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Focus more on what you're talking about than the fact you're trying to talk. It's like don't look down when mountain climbing if you can't handle it, focus on where you gotta go to get higher.

Focus on the moment and not too far ahead.

Agree with this.

But I would go further and say not having anything to say is an inside problem not an outside one...in other words there are no quick fixes for this problem.

Those who have more life experiences have more things to say and those who have more life experiences are more likely to be people who don't care what others think.

Develop interest in more things (sociable things) and do them and for the moment only talk about things you like talking about and things you know (remember, people with more life experiences don't care what others think).

Guess what will eventually happen when you develop more interests and do MORE things and ONLY talk about you like and about things you know?

Yeah, you guessed it.
