The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I'm going to attempt to record all the improvements that I do. This may sound like a sh!tty thing to do but when you look back on the day and say "I didn't do anything but sit on my ass and play solitaire" or "Did all my homework, got 3 juniors numbers, and hung out with josh after football." It helps you realize what you are doing, and whips your ass back on track.

I do realize that this has been posted before, but what better time to actualy do it than at the beginning of the school year?!? Earlier in the year I read about the whole "Improvement Journal" concept and thought it sounds okay and I'll do it some other time. THE TIME IS NOW!
