"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

as stated in the "natural progression of a relationship" from the DJ bible, stage 1: interest and attraction, stage 2: infatuation and falling in love, stage 3: the comfort zone, stage 4: mature love.

I have been dating this girl for 7 months and we are deep into the "comfort zone" and she is worried that things wont work out. we go to the same school as well.
any tips on how to jump back to stage 2: infatuation and falling in love again?
i think this is a major dilemma in most LTRS.

also, any other LTR suggestions or tips? thank you

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Perhaps, take her on a date, distance a little, but not enough to really worry her, but make every time you're together magical to her. It's the times when you're together that it isn't spectacular that puts things into the compfort zone.

But what worries me is that she seems to think it wont work out. Have you given her reason to do so? Has she had similar relationships that have fallen through on her? There has to be a reason, and squelching that reason would be a plus.

thanks for the reply.
well its difficult for us becuase we both go to college and we have one class together. and we are both on the basketball team so there isnt time to see each other on the weekdays. so things have become a bit mundane for the both of us. i dont know how to change it up in everyday life.

also, i thought to myself, whats the point of an LTR when you dont want to marry that person because you are too young?
any thoughts on that?
thanks
