What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Some probably would, but you make a great point. It could very well be that everyone is interpreting the situation to be what they want it to be. In any case this is messed up whatever the context.

If being a criminal is your definition of alpha then we have a lot of them.. Fortunately most of them are isolated from society. If you can't make people respect you without using violence then you failure of a man. Fighting is acceptable when it is in self-defence or if you some young schoolboy. But for adult man to attack someone is just him being immature and not very smart.
