Great post mate. I'll have a word with the other mods about stickying it. Truely inspirational and great for a first read to new comers. I'm a fan of posts that repeat themselves, I do it in nearly all my posts. It gets the message accross and lodged in your brain.

Agreed, this post is the ****.

One of the main things to take away is:
You're GOING TO FAIL.
You almost HAVE to fail in order to become good at something.
Most people fear this failure because it sucks, but if you keep at it, you've eventually become good at it... making all those failures totally worth it.
