Social anxiety Disorder

my sister says i have social anxiety disordert and that i need counseling, just cause i dont have a social life. Is she right or something

join a club,sport,go to church if ur religous
and whats t be scared off sounds like, no offence but it couldnt possibly get worse than doing nothing for 5 years so if you talk to someone and ask to hang out and they say no its not like its the end of the world

seriously dude, get out and do something. go to the mall and talk to someone and you'll have done more in one day than you have in the past five years. it has to start somewhere.
