I'm starting to notice very good results, like bulking arms, and stronger legs. The less defined parts are the chest and the abs, which i think are the most difficult areas to gain more definition, but i'm not giving up so easily. I'm also doing "step" classes, there's only girls in the class, but it's good, you gain more stamina by doing those exercises. Strenght + Stamina = Perfect body
