I get my moments when I fucking hate eating meat.

I already hate the taste of meat to begin with except for fish.

I usually just combine beef with almonds, coconuts and carrots to help me eat it every day.

for chicken i'll combine eggs, carrots and coconuts

the key is to mix up your foods.

Learn how to cook. Ask your parents what you can do to your meals to make them taste better.

It's amazing what a little seasoning, marinating, and spicing can do it meat.

I was a vegetarian for seven years. Now I eat fish, and steaks that I cook myself, but that's it.

Eat some cottage cheese with fresh fruit in it if you are sick of meat.

It's amazing what a little seasoning, marinating, and spicing can do it meat.

My favorite steak marinade is Worcestershire sauce and Italian dressing. Montreal steak seasoning is good, too. I won't cook a steak on anything except a wood fire.

curd, similar stuff to cottage cheese, works too. In fact the dietary layout of fat-free curd is 0.5g fat/1g carbs/18g protein per 100 grams of the food. Good stuff, and tastes great with jam or berries.Of course, it is all casein protein, since whey is removed by the curding process, but thats still all good except for fast recovery purposes I suppose.
