Sorry if I make spelling/grammar mistakes...I'm typing this on my phone on lunch break.

I hate how my coworker who also be my manager...acts like I'm a slacker, when in actuality he's always the one slacking, and the reason I take longer on certain tasks is because I'm doing them well.

This dumbass spends at least 1 hour of an 8 hour work day on Facebook drooling at pictures of girls he's never even talked to IRL. I rarely spend 5 minutes of time say checking my fantasy football stats and even then I don't pretend like I'm working.

The guy always has this piss-poor attitude specifically with me...maybe because I give him a hard time sometimes in a joking manner (instead of calling him out on his bs). No one else gives me an attitude...and I've pulled some huge pranks on other people. and it's not so bad that he cops an attitude, but when I call him on it, he's so confrontational and acts like I'm the instigator...

and so I'm just wondering how can I get him to stop acting like such a punk ass?

Who is older?

My boss/manager has been sh1tting me for the past few months, for similar reasons.

I called him out on his BS a few times because he fvcked something up and instead of claiming responsibility blamed it on me or one of the others and the higher ups have clamped down on us whilst giving him more freedom than ever.

He now has some personal vendetta against me and threatened my job when I told him to calm down the other day, because he doesn't like to be told that.

So I went to the general manager of the workplace, who Ive gotten pretty cosy with because I have my lunch break with him, and made a formal complaint along with a few of the others I work with and he told us to put it all in writing, now on monday the sh1t is about to hit the fan.

Oh goodness, being your own boss eliminates so much unneeded stress lol. The only "boss" I have is meeting the needs of my clients.

What kind of position is this first of all?

I don't know, from reading this it seems like you guys joke around too much and the Manager (being the Manager) needs to be firm as to not get ran over. In my opinion, that could be why the Manager is being so harsh.

My recommendation, is to not play jokes at work. It's work. I'm not saying don't have a friendly manner but the workplace is not a place to be telling jokes and goofing off.

Second thing, if you have an issue with someone at your job YOU MUST call them out on it, period. You might not believe this but some people are just too stupid to realize when they are going too far, and SOME PEOPLE you have to knock upside the head and say, "Hey damn it, control yourself." That's what your lil talk needs to entail. But, if you are goofing off and acting a fool, then you are asking for whatever treatment the Manager gives you.

Again, what kind of position is this? Is this your career position or just some side fling?

What race is your coworker?

In any case, he's doing it because he doesn't like you. He sucks himself and he needs someone to suck even more. So he's trying to get to you emotionally loose it. He wants you to whine to his boss about this, make noise, and attract attention to you and away from him.

Best thing is to avoid him. Make friends with other coworkers. If it gets out of hand, get spy sunglasses and record him. Make a nice DVD and show it your or his boss.

Absolutely LAST thing you should do is get all fuzzy and emotional about this, that's what he's after. AFCs would fall for this trick.
