Okay, first, i work a minimum wage job, just payin the rent and gettin me through college. Im hella cool with everyone there, managers included. But there is a lotta drama between everyone else, stupid high school girl stuff. its funny too cause im 18, the youngest worker there, and im one of the only ones not actin like a 15 year old girl. But now i got a big pickle...
Well, i hang out with a few of my managers who are like three years older, even though its against the rules.(socializing or some stupid stuff) We just drink, have fun, party, stuff like that. A few nights ago, i was at my managers house, at her little kickback, just hangin out(drinkin). I started to notice, she was kino-ing me a lot. Also, she was huggin on me alot and even was laughin, jokin around, peckin me on the lips a few times. Later, we end up chillin on the couch, away from the rest of the crowd. She starts talkin bout how she just broke up with her LTR boyfriend, who she liked a lot. Im just listening, while she is lettin it all out, but somehow, i have no clue, we end up makin out. and hard too...grindin, feelin on me, me puttin my hands down her pants. Next thing you know, we are in her room, makin out some more. She says somethin bout how it might be weird now at work for us, but i assure her and tell her dont worry, lets pretend we dont work together. We just havin fun. My phone alarm goes off right in the middle of it, cause i gotta wake up my passed out friends and get them to work..so i gotta leave. Im kinda feelin like i shouldn't have cause she was just dumped a few weeks before, and we were drunk. just lettin yall know, im not one of those guys who tries to get girls drunk so my sober ass can get some. im no coward or cheater. Oh yeah, and at work, everything was pretty much normal between us.
Two nights later, i get a text askin if i want to hang out. Im not sure whats gonna happen, if im just gonna hang out, or if she wants a repeat. We drink a bit that night, with a couple friends, two from work, and later end up chillin watchin tv. she is kinda laying on me, and we start rubbin eachother and holdin hands(man..i couldn't resist) and she just pulls me to her room.(in front of one worker) Well, she gives me oral, and we have sex, and i let her know im havin a good time.(she was worried cause i hadn't came yet, i dont know why, it just takes a while with me..im not complainin) But kinda midway through, she stops and says shes not ready for sex. That everything else was fun, but she isnt ready for intercourse. So i just let her know its all good, cause i really didn't mind, just messin arounds fun too. After a few, i hit the hay, and wake up just in time to be late for work the next day...
The thing is, im not sure if she was just hopin for a weekend fling, or if she actually wants somethin with me(kinda scary). I dont really know how to tell from here. I know she was sayin stuff those nights about how she's always thought i was hot. and i was honest and let her know too. I do want to keep havin fun, but im not sure whats up in her head. when we work, there is subtle flirtin, from both sides that wasnt there before. I guess ill find out next weekend..
Also, i have no idea whats gonna happen if others find out. I know one other employee knows, maybe two.(who gossips a lot) I know if people find out there will be hella drama, with me right in the middle, also, i know datin is AGAINST THE RULES bigtime. I wonder how long or even if id be able to keep this under wraps. I wonder how everyone else would feel towards me if they find out im messin around with the manager.
What do you guys think i should do? Cut it off? Keep havin fun? I never been in a situation like this, so it would be cool to get a little advice from the veterans. im still a rookie in the dj game. But man, thanks sosuave...these last few months have been crazy and fun!
