I hit rock bottom. Ive been texting the same girl trying to get a date thinking maybe she will this time. I lie to people about dates, but I lie to myself more than anything. Right now I am at a stage in my life where I am a loser. Ive never had sex my only girlfriend was ugly as **** im depressed i hate myself right now. All i do is work and jerk off. Looking back ive had chances to atleast kiss a girl and who knows where that would of led. I miss oppurtunites and the oppurtunites I do take I mess up.

This might sound like a guy whos given up but its not. I just have no idea where to start. My whole realites has given in and I feel this fire inside me to create a new one. Ive hit rock bottom but im ready to get to the top.

Where should I start guys?

^This. Joining a gym was the best thing I ever did for myself. It will help with stress and make you feel better. Once you start seeing results, you will notice women checking you out. It will make you feel better. Start wearing nice clothes. Polos, button ups etc.

Also, try to keep the jerking off to once a week. If you see a chance, then go for it. Rejection is better then regret. If there is a women you want, then go get her! Be a man! Men take what they want, they don't wait to be handed anything. Start reading the DJ Bible and pick up a copy of The Rational Male. You need to change your mindset. 1 You can't have a positive outcome with negative energy.. So find some positive energy and get rid of your negative energy somehow.. Do something for you that gives you positive energy you need Something fun.. Anything fun gives you dopeamine...and dopeamine raises your eneergy levels.

Energy comes in sets too.. All it takes is a positive energy +1 to start the ball rollin.. Then it becomes +1, +1, +1 and the boost from the first gives momentum for the second and so on.

Work out... That will give you a +1... Then rest a day... Feel it... Then on day 3 wwork out again +1... Rest again... (Btw don't over do it or you will be waiting over a week to recover)

Once you get your positive energy mometum moving forward... THEN seek out women.... And not any time sooner because women can just feel your negative sentiment and it turns them off... They need you to lead in the dopeamine department because that's what they are looking for.

Stay away a bit from women and focus on your self. Pick yourself up, join the gym, start thinking positive, do whatever gives you pleasure. If you go out and see an attractive woman talk to her , it does not necessarily have to go good , the only bad thing is that she is not interested but at the end you will be more experienced for the next one. " With each failure you are one step closer to success "

I defiantly think I deal with depression. Whether its self-inflicted (aka I just hate my life) or genetic i dont know.

I understand I need to go get help but I don't know how I'm going to explain it to my parents especially with me moving out they will want me to move back in but that is not something I want to do right now

If you need help then go get it. You don't have to tell your parents sh*t. It's your life. I was in a state of depression at the very beginning of this year. I would sit in my room with the shades closed and watch tv. I didn't go anywhere except work. Now I only go in my room when it's bed time. I didn't use any meds. It all started getting better when I joined the gym. Some people on here don't seem to understand how much better you can feel from working out. They ignore the advice given to them. You need to do whatever it takes to get happy. You don't want to be some 80 year old virgin sitting in a retirement home someday, wishing you would have did stuff differently. You only live once. Get out there and live!!!
